  I am a new user that has development experience:

  CommunicationsOutreach.com - software which I created in php.

  I have hit a bug in the tracker system. I am attaching a screen picture. The bug appears to do with not enough memory for the smarty template. Although memory can be upgraded that is not the real answer here. This fatal error should be trapped in some way.

    OK, I accidentally put in a question mark in the domain name. So... I go back in to edit the question mark out - a very common user situation. Yet I cannot do that. Why is that?

    Is this a design feature? Is it a bug?
