Re: Unnamed Image Files in Filesystem

So, as far as I can tell, I have everything setup correctly to store images and files (from File Gallery) in the database. However, when I look in my wiki root folder on my file system, there are hundreds of files named "CJWR2A~Z", "CT4M4X~L", "C1FTZF~M", etc. They have no file extentsions. I found that these are image files because, when I decided to move them all, all of my wiki and gallery images disappeared.

I'm confused as to why these files are in my filesystem, since they should be in the database (which I can see in the tiki_images and tiki_images_data tables). And, if it happens to be that these files are required, that's fine. But I really don't want them in my root folder.

Any help?
Thanks,

Confirm that you have selected the appropriate directory in which to save files. Please see the docs for details.
