If I were you, I would:

  1. Delete all the temporary installations from your server in order to clean up space so you can run backups.
  2. Turn your site back "on" using the existing Tiki installation. At least this way the site will be live once again.
  3. Follow-up with whomever you contracted to do the upgrade, or reach out to another Tiki Consultant to do the job.

Hello !

No consultant answer to my emails asking for a paid upgrade... or they don´t need 100 Euros !

Perhaps in the community, somebody smarter than me, can do this paid job ( half done ) and to do the upgrade ( payment through Paypal ) ?

Hi !

The work done by the consultant of the TikiWiki Community, Torsten Fabricius, with the recommendation by Gary, not only was abandoned in the middle, but now are being discovered ERRORS that a Consultant from this Community CAN NOT DO ( out of abandon the work, he did errors )!

The site http://ebasystem.com was upgraded to 9.1: the link to 'Spanish' in the front page does not reach to any place !

That's means that the Spanish members are leaving my sites before the 1st. of September (when they must renew their membership..!!!)

Also in this case ( as in the case of the upgrade not finished of http://ebawords.com ) you'll continue in absolute silence and bearing that these are "psychological games" ?

Anybody there will assume THE TIKIWIKI COMMUNITY responsibility ?

Also now I'll be ALONE IN THE COMMUNITY with a work BAD DONE and ANOTHER UNDONE ?

I am waiting for 5 long months the end of the upgrades of my 2 websites Tiki ( see below ),
and any answer is received to my posts in the Tiki Forum, including the fact that the sites
are working with errors caused before he abandoned the work in the middle, by the Tiki.org Consultant Torsten Fabricius, recommended by Gary Cunningham-Lee, a Principal Tiki Consultant,

If there is STILL no response within the next 24 hours to my requests to correct the errors caused by the Tiki.org to my sites

and the damage caused to my sites due to the errors of your consultants is not amended within 48 hours, I'll need to appeal in different ways.

After those 48 hours I'll feel also free to publicize all the thread and emails sent and received during the last 5 months, including my personal reviews and the proofs of how the sites are non-working, causing as a result the nullification of the membership of 98% ( only true to the current day ) of my registered member to those sites !

Because the link is wrong. Instead of linking to http://www.wiki.ebasystem.com/El+Libro+del+Sistema+eBA, your link should be to http://ebasystem.com/El+Libro+del+Sistema+eBA. Or, better yet, it should be a wiki link — not an external link.

I suggest that you review the docs on how to create a links.

This IS NOT the only problem... The site WORKED PERFECTLY before the failed upgrade of the TikiWiki Consultant...

If I should know how and where to do what do you say, I SHOULD NOT NEEDED ANY HELP from an INCOMPETENT TikiWiki Consultant...

Hello Roberto Azar,

Please respect this as a onetime statement to all your "Caps Lock" messages and complaints in the Tiki forums.

It is true, that I have been prepared to help you with the upgrade of two websites on a voluntary non-paid base and in my private spare time.

I did NOT ASK for any money, I did NOT GET any money and I do NOT WANT any money from you.

I apoligise for all missunderstanding between us and I state, that in the last few weeks I have been demotivated by all your "Caps Lock" complaints in the forum and by the fact, that more than one time, when I wanted to proceed and tried to log in to your account, you obviously had changed the login or the password.

At the moment I do not have any access to your server (again) and I do not want to have it back.

Instead I refer to the agreed work and the work I have done for you up to today:

  • Check two websites, if they might be possible to be upgraded with only a very limited amount of time, check if the upgrade would require a bigger amount of time, like reconfigurations and theme coding. This check is done. For free.

  • Try at least one upgrade of a copy of each website. This might be used for productive use if everything worked out well. This is done. For free.
    One upgrade could be used and is running since Mai 2012. The other upgrade did not work out and it appeared to be necessary to use a different method.

  • For this second upgrade I was running out of time and you should continue using your existing unmodified old website.

I hold the view, that after six years using a missconfigured website in the same version, it would not matter to use it a few more weeks.

  • Whilst doing testing, a certain amount of files have been added to your account, which are removed in the meantime - I have cleaned up the account a few weeks ago - after again getting temporary login from you.

  • Additionally there have been arising problems due to the way you did organise your server accounts. You started to change that with your ISP, but differently than I recommended.
    As I have been involved anyway, I stepped in and after a few hours I solved the problems together with the support of your ISP. Unfortunately I did this for free.



There is still one upgrade-job not finished and as this is a quite old version, there would be additional reconfiguration work to be done after the successful upgrade.

  • As you have been frequently complaining in the forum in an unacceptable and insulting way and as I did not make modifications to your still running original site, I am not prepared to continue work for you on a volontary unpaid base and I do not want to take on a paid job with s.b. who communicates in the way you do.

  • Your website still works just as it always worked.

  • As a conclusion, there is no work I am currently working on for you, at least since you changed the login data again.

  • I did more work for you, than anybody would expect me to do for free, including one successful website upgrade and solving some issues related to your server account.

So there is no reason to mention me in any negative or insulting way and it would be the best, that you stop mentioning my name or contacting me again or threaten me with any action by Means of the Superior Court of Civil Justice of your country.

  • Just get a consultant and pay him for the upgrade of your second website and stop insulting this forum with "Caps Lock", stop contacting me and stop wasting the time of further more volontary community members.

After 2 months of silence suddenly you appear ! What Happen ? Suddenly you have time to write a speech ?

Yes, you disappeared and did not answered my emails for 2 months, therefore I logically changed my server password... Who knew what happened with you ? Who knew where were my server data and credit card data (also was changed ... ) ?

You repeat 27 times "FOR FREE"... read carefully YOUR FIRST email and that was accorded the payment of 100 Euros... You stopped that payment FOR FREE...

"... 5) Regarding 4) we leave the hours. Hmm think about everything from 10€ to 100€ maybe. If I just need a few minutes or so and you contibute to the docs someday, I am fine enough.
