    For wiki pages, you can use the external link syntax for an internal link.

    Internal link: ((HomePage))
    External link: [http://domain.tld/HomePage|HomePage]

    You must also have "Open external links in new window" selected in Admin Home -> Editing and Plugins, General Settings Tab, "External links and images" section.

    Note: The link must be the full URL. Without the "http://domain.tld" prefix, [HomePage] works the same as an internal link and will not open the link in a new tab/window.

    Full URLs for other options should open in a new tab/window when used with external link syntax also:
    [forums] works as internal link
    [http://domain.tld/forums|forums] works as external link
