    I've documented this solution in the upgrade sections of the Tiki11 and Tiki12 pages on doc.tiki.org: Tiki11#Things_to_watch_out_for and Tiki12#Blog_posts_containing_HTML

    Also, plugins can be approved in bulk at tiki-plugins.php
