    Looks like an issue with the .thumbnail class in the bootstrap CSS. Note that  Tiki 13 was the initial version to use Bootstrap, so there are probably some minor UI issues like that.

    I suggest:

    • Use custom CSS to modify the class to remove the border, or
    • Try the 13.2 release. It will be officially released shortly, or you c get the latest directly from SVN, or
    • Switch to a non-bootstrap style.
