    You didn't specify which Tiki version you're using, but multi-level structure menus definitely work in TIki 15.x. I made a quick menu on the Tiki demo site:

    Wiki Structure TOC
    Wiki Structure TOC

    1. Create your structure (with as menu levels as you want.
    2. Add the Menu module to your site, specifying the name of the structure you created.
