    Unfortunately, the details are still missing. The page you give there is a "profile" kind of script (YAML) that is supposed to create ... something like a state machine ?

    Supporse I'd like to use that in a company for the management of invoices. The docs here do not allow me at all to start the exercise.

    Would I need to create a page for each invoice ?
    Can I use some automated file gallery for those ? or trackers ?
    With automatic numbering ?
    Would I separate incoming and outgoing invoices using a category as well ?
    Can I create some additional module for presenting that in an acceptable form ?
    Would it support also the use of either Word documents or templates or scanned documents ?

    Galaxia looked nice. I understand that maybe it is possible to do the same with category transitions, but how ?
