The Finance Team handles everything to do with accounting, and managing the assets of the Tiki Software Community Association (Ex.: domain names)
Tasks (do and cross out)
- Review US gov procedures with respect to Affiliates
- "W-8BEN: Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding"
- Setup affiliates for all Tiki-related books that are sold
Projects
- Investigate a Merchandise agreement for Tiki SWAG (mugs, t-shirts, pens, etc.)
- Evaluate Tiki Accounting for Dogfood use for the Tiki Software Community Association.
- Evaluate if/how/when we get setup to be able to receive tax-deductible donations?

Notes
Until 2012, these responsibilities were handled by the Admins Team, but we are now forming a dedicated team. In the future, we may split the Team in two
- Fundraising (raising money)
- Finance/Administration (making sure money is well used)
