A global TikiFest during the pandemic travel restrictions
During our May 2020 Tiki Roundtable Meeting we decided to have a virtual TikiFest to discuss and improve profiles and may be other things (TBD).
To coordinate with users that have different timezone, I organise a first planning session (Sunday 15h00 UTC seems the best for all - last votes for TRM). During this meeting a roadmap based on What should help to coordinate and to be effective. We'll set teams of users interested to solve or improve an area and that are able to work together (timezone) and progress in parallel.
The last meeting should be a kind of conclusion (completing committing, documentation, and eventually planning other steps).

Planning summary:
Tikifest planning:
Sunday 7th June Planning Meeting
We should have an opening session on the first day, usually called The 10 O'clock Meeting (it'll probably be 10:00 somewhere right?)
Virtual Tikifest 2020 Opening Meeting
And traditionally we have a welcome cocktails evening which we thought would be fun, to have a session without a specific topic just for people to get to know each other.
Virtual Cocktails
We made pages for each topic with convene plugins for people to vote for times for each session. There may be more than one session per page.
Tikifest conclusion
The ending general meeting.

What (main topics)
Check pages for details (schedules, content, etc)
- Profiles Revamp
- Set up TikiProfilesTester on r.tiki.org
- Design a new ready-to-use Tiki site example for managing memberships for non-profits. Find a real-life usable way of deploying by non-Tiki specialists using a Profile or anything we come up with as a Profile replacement.
- Get "info.tiki.org" working properly (as a perspective here still, but make it work better)
- Or even remove it
- Vue - now in Tiki 21 and more to come soon, possibly one day including https://dev.tiki.org/Project-Fluffy ?
- API
- Make Forums great!
- Remove some Endangered features
- Discuss improving Tiki's compliance with web accessibility standards (I installed the Firefox WebAIM add-on and it reports 173 errors on this page (●__●) ).
- more ideas (wel)come ...

Party
Because this Tiki Fest is not a physical event and the Corona Pandemic makes it impossible for Tiki Users to meet, how about a Demo Day where Tiki'ers can show what they've done and do with Tiki?
Demo Day
- Show what you do factually with your org. Which problem your solving
- Perhaps you've upgraded to the latest version of Tiki or you wish to demonstrate what your doing with your Tiki version... even if it is not up to date.
- Or, simply, your new to Tiki and you trying Tiki for the first time
Example
Let's say your using a not so recent version of Tiki or that it has long time come to the end of it's service life, the demo day can also allow users to present their Use Cases
- Any ideas?
