History: It's probably in there somewhere

This is a self-deprecating funny but often true statement about features in Tiki.

• Tiki is the FLOSS Web Application with the most built-in features
• Tiki has been developed for over 2 decades by hundreds of contributors
• And it includes external code from 150+ projects via Composer

So it regularly happens that we imagine a feature we want, and after research and/or luck, we discover that it is already there.

So once this happens often enough, we develop a 6th sense about a use case and figure "someone must have solve it before me"
