Help uploading not-too-big file

Tiki is great, I'm very happy with it.

I am having one problem, that I can't upload a particular file that is 2.4 MB. This is smaller than the default thresholds in the troubleshooting doc (and my config files are set at the default, except that I don't see any line for LimitRequestBody — in fact, I don't even seem to have a php.conf, at least I couldn't find it after locate -u/locate php.conf). I get the following error at the top of the page when I try to upload it:

Warning: Undefined index: error in /var/www/dikitiki/tiki-upload_file.php on line 98

At the bottom, Tiki just says:

Errors detected
Upload was not successful: There was a problem with your upload.

I can upload other files, so I know it's not a general upload problem. I have tried using a database and a directory for storing files. Any suggestions?

Sincerely,
Derek

Can you explain from where you upload the file? from the menu ? n a forum?
The error message indicates that you don't have selected a gallery
thanks

I am trying to upload the file by going File Galleries -> Gallery name -> Upload File -> Type in file name and description, then browse disk for file -> Upload button. It works fine for the other files I have tried, but it fails for the (windows screensaver) that I want to upload.

If it would help, I would be happy to grant upload permissions to someone for testing purposes.

Sincerely,
Derek
