    I just upgraded to 1.9 and now I can't find where to admin the user accounts (there is no Admin->Users option). Are they located somewhere else in this version, or did something go wrong in the update that deleted that option from the administrator?

    Yes odd but it does seem to be gone. Wonder why?

    You can go to Admin->Groups

    There you will find a link to Admin the users. Or you could use,

    /tiki-adminusers.php

    Color me stupid, but I see that you have replied like someone posted something that helped, but I cannot see the post that helped you.

    I have noticed this on many other threads. Is this a bug or are people receiving their answers somewhere else and then replying here?

    This is most confusing...
