    I noticed that both in tikiwiki.org and in my test installation that Tiki is creating full URLs when wiki syntax links to internal pages are created. I once had all internal links in over 15,000 threads in a web forum trashed when my client forgot to renew the site's domain name registration and someone else registered it. So I am gun shy of full URLs for internal links.

    Can Tiki still function if I hacked the code so Tiki would generate relative links?

    It doesnt matter. Its a dynamic application, whatever the domain its sitting on, the URLs will change automatically.
