I'd like to second this suggestion. We have an instructor's manual on our site, and people sometimes want to print it out for reference. They don't want to print the whole wiki, just the manual. So far the only thing I can think of would be to give all the pages in the manual a prefix to group and order them, but that seems really kludgy, especially when I've already created the structure with the order I want. Being able to assemble a PDF from the structure — especially INCLUDING the TOC — would be terrific.
Meanwhile, I'll fiddle around and see if I can at least jury-rig something to save the names of the pages I want and send them to the PDF generator.
