I'm currently playing with a local install of Tiki 5.1 using XAMPP (on Windows). I'm trying to "upload" topic images as part of the CMS feature (articles) but I'm guessing there's some sort of permissions problem because the images don't seem to be uploading. All that appears on the "Admin Topics" page under the "image" heading is "topic image" (the text).

Any ideas what the issue might be?
