Okay I must be missing something, but from the regular admin screen I can find nowhere to admin users, to admin modules. Once in admin modules (through the tikiwiki assistant) I find no way to edit existing modules.

In rss screen I can find nowhere to create a new rss module.

I've posted in other forumn with no responses, and read the 350 pages of documentation and have a good understanding of how to edit and create things (users mods etc.) but no idea how to get to the proper screen to admin all these things.
