    For global meta tags :
    In templates/header.tpl - be carefull, some themes redefine the templates in templates/your_style/header.tpl. Don't use the buttom "edit templates", it will break the javascript call, use an editor
    Or you can use the feature " Site Logo and Identity" and then admin -> meta tags

    (my) Admin->Meta Tags has nothing todo with (luci's) Site Logo and Identity and it only exists in the unstable 1.9 development code.

    If your on 1.8 you will need to edit the header.tpl file in your /templates/ folder.
