MyTiki Preferences - Theme

I am using version 1.10 of TikiWiki and have a question regarding the MyTiki preferences page which gives you the option to choose a theme....it doesnt appear that choosing this theme works globally, as I had hoped. It appears only certain modules change to this theme.
Is there a way to make it so that when a user chooses a theme within TikiWiki, this immediately works globally?

found the answer to my own problem....if you look at theme control, you will see the logic it applies to applying themes....i unknowingly had set some section themes which overrides user themes...

Normally the user's theme preference works globally. Keep in mind that 1.10 is an unstable dev version so is likely to have strange behavior.
