user can not create blog Posted by fryingfish 09 Mar 2004 02:56 GMT-0000 posts: 3 after installed tikiwiki on my linux box, I found after I login as an ordinary user, under the blogs option, if I expanded it, there is no item of "create and edit blog", as it appears if I login as admin. Is there any where to enable it for users?
