News feeds, almost got it but...

It's great to see the fast replies I get here. I can't say how much I appreciate that. 😀 Anyway, I figured out something about the newsfeeds. The # id is what I setup on the page here
http://wordsalad.net/ourTown/tiki-admin.php?page=rss
That's the full path to my admin area for rss. So first I go to the admin page and select RSS which takes me here:
http://wordsalad.net/ourTown/tiki-admin.php?page=rss
Here I'm not sure what these things mean:
Specification RDF 1.0, RDF 2.0

Publisher: (RDF 1.0)
Creator: (RDF 1.0)
Editor: (RDF 2.0)
Webmaster: (RDF 2.0)
Then there is above that:
Default RDF version: 2.0
So, if I specify a default RDF version would 1.0 not work?
And how do I use the fileds, Publisher, Creator, Editor, and Webmaster?

OK, then I go to the RSS modules page to enter the information and that is here: http://wordsalad.net/ourTown/tiki-admin_rssmodules.php
Once that is in there, I can add it to the Wiki home page. Unfortunatly that isn't working now. I cannot get any of the newsfeeds to show up. I had been able to display the first one, which was just a test feed. Now I cannot display that one.
So, what am I doing wrong, or how do I do it?
Thanks in advance,
Bruce

I thought this was how I did it. I selected on the home page, edit. And then entered this:

This is a link to MyNewsFeed The newsfeed option was available obviously. Then when I went to preview it, up top it says,

Xml error: syntax error-1
The content just says, This is a link to MyNewsFeed.

If I don't want to use words all together like this MyNewPage but want to use html syntax I could use and is that right? The first is for the opening anchor tag and the second to close the link.
In all cases I want the link to open within my TikiWiki site, not to take someone out to another site away from my community site.

I got into a debate about that with someone who "assumed" frames were bad and two that I shouldn't use things like target="_blank" The system was so bad that I had to use something like that because I couldn't pull in the content into the site so I at least didn't want to force people away from my site.
Thanks,
Bruce
